Scholarship recipients are selected without any obligation to join or affiliate themselves with the military services.   Students who are awarded scholarships may be eligible to receive a matching scholarship from the institution they plan to attend if the institution is a Dollars for Scholars® matching partner.  More information about Dollars for Scholars® program can be found at the link to the right.
